I live in the Pacific Northwest where I attend college, in pursuit of a currently undecided degree. My interest in photography began 15 years ago (when I was six), and I began seriously engaging in it five years ago.
Fantastica is my photoblog, where my goal is to post a new image at least regularly. They are posted in chronological order with the newest first. It has existed since late 2006, although the version you are looking at now was created much more recently, and most photographs deleted for a fresh start.
As far as what sort of content to expect, I tend to favor high contrasts, landscapes, and abstracts, although there will be a variety of other shots as well.
My primary camera is a Nikon D80. You'll also find the occasional image from a Sony DSC-W5, and a 1950s Soviet-made camera.
For lighting I'm currently rocking a Vivitar 285, with assorted gear from the SSO-CLK on Strobist.
I process my photographs with Adobe Photoshop, organize with Lightroom and Finder, manage the website with TextMate and Cyberduck, and keep it all together with an Apple computer and Mac OS:X
Prints can be ordered using the links below each individual photo, via Fotomoto. All prints are archival quality and for larger sizes will be one of a few editions (this is getting setup soon). For other usage and licensing, or any questions you may have please contact me via email.
Fantastica is powered by a wonderful piece of software called Pixelpost, with a style created by John Grayson and modified by myself, all hosted on. LivingDot.
